I have 8+ years of experience driving impactful design initiatives for Fortune 500 clients, including Toyota, MetLife, Walgreens, Santander Bank and more. Most recently, I spent five years in-house at Optum, where I sharpened my focus on large-scale enterprise UX/CX.
